Fitter for Life is a self-paced fitness class designed for over 50s to improve their strength and mobility, hand-eye coordination, balance, and flexibility without overexerting. With regressions to suit all fitness levels and abilities, the class allows individuals to enjoy a level of physical challenge appropriate to their unique needs and capabilities.
We're hosting the class live in New Farm Park for those of us in QLD, but if you're interstate or unable to attend in person, don't stress! You can join live on Zoom!
